About The Position

The Credibility Assessment Manager will be part of the CTPSB Leadership Team. The Credibility Assessment Manager is responsible for the operations, staffing, and quality assurance of all credibility assessment services provided by CTPSB. Working within Adult Services, the Credibility Assessment Manager works with CTPSB program staff to help to rehabilitate, educate, and successfully guide clients in the community.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree with 5 years of relevant experience with 3 years in a mentoring capacity or a Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience with 3 years in a mentoring capacity.
• Valid driver’s license
• Regular and predictable attendance is required
• Newly hired employees will be required to attend a two (2) day mandatory New Hire Orientation at our Roscommon office located in Middletown.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operations, staffing, and quality assurance of all credibility assessment services provided by CTPSB.
• Works with CTPSB program staff to help to rehabilitate, educate, and successfully guide clients in the community.
