Reporting to the School Director, the Substitute Facilitator will be assigned to work in the absence of a full-time Facilitator, and be responsible for general classroom management and supervision. The Substitute Facilitator, will plan and implement activities for learners that balances physical, social and emotional growth, prepares materials for learners to explore and learn, and conducts activities in a safe, organized and healthy environment.

Responsibilities
- Follow the instructions left by the Facilitator or alert the Administrator if there are no plans to follow.
- Check to ensure that there are sufficient supplies in the classroom to carry out lesson plans.
- Maintain normal classroom routines and discipline procedures.
- Teach all subjects and other appropriate learning activities according to curriculum requirements, the school and policies developed by the Governing Board.
