About The Position

Mojo is looking for a senior creator partnerships leader to build and lead our creator capability. This person will define how creators show up across our work — from the earliest strategic and creative conversations through talent partnerships, activation, measurement and long-term relationship building. This is not simply an influencer marketing or talent-management role. The right person can sit with Creative, Strategy and clients at the beginning of a problem; translate business challenges into a creator POV; identify and build relationships with the right talent; structure strong partnerships; and build the systems, intelligence and ways of working that allow the capability to scale. Just as importantly, you’ll help turn Mojo’s creator POV into a capability clients understand, value and want to buy — supporting pitches, shaping scopes and helping grow one-off opportunities into larger, longer-term partnerships.

Requirements

Significant experience across creator partnerships, influencer marketing, talent, social, branded content or an adjacent creator-economy discipline.
Evidence of having built, materially scaled or transformed a creator, influencer or talent capability — not only managed individual campaigns.
Senior client authority: you are credible presenting a creator POV, challenging briefs, advising leadership and participating in pitches and new business.
Strong creator judgment and cultural fluency: you understand who matters, why they matter and how influence actually works inside specific communities.
Meaningful relationships across creators, managers, agents and/or talent partners — alongside the curiosity to continuously expand beyond the obvious names.
Ability to translate business and creative problems into creator strategy, not simply casting recommendations.
Commercial fluency across rates, rights, usage, exclusivity, licensing, paid amplification and partnership economics.
Comfort with measurement and performance: able to define success, interpret results and use learning to improve future decisions.
Experience building systems, workflows, rosters, databases, tools or operating models that institutionalize creator intelligence.
Strong cross-functional instincts across Creative, Strategy, Account, Production / PM, Analytics / BI, Finance and Legal.
Entrepreneurial and hands-on. You are comfortable building while doing and operating without a large pre-existing team or infrastructure.
Strong organizational judgment: you know what the function should own directly, what it can leverage from the broader agency and when additional specialist support becomes justified.

Responsibilities

Define and Lead Mojo’s Creator POV: Develop a clear point of view on how creators can solve business and creative problems differently — and better — than traditional influencer execution. Bring creator thinking into client, Strategy, Creative and new-business conversations before ideas are fully formed. Translate business and creative problems into creator strategies: the role creators should play, relevant communities, talent archetypes, formats and programming. Help teams and clients understand not only who we should work with, but why — and how creators can make the work stronger.
Bring Creators Upstream: Partner with Creative and Strategy at the beginning of briefs to define the role creators should play in the idea. Identify opportunities for creators to shape concepts, formats, IP, storytelling and communities — not simply distribute finished work. Create ways of working that respect creator-native craft while maintaining Mojo’s creative standards. Develop recommendations based on cultural relevance, creative quality, audience behavior, credibility and fit — not simply scale.
Build Talent Intelligence + Relationships: Develop meaningful, long-term relationships with creators, managers, agents and talent partners across platforms and communities. Know who matters, why they matter, what they are uniquely good at and what they may want to build next. Continuously identify emerging creators and cultural voices before they become obvious choices. Build institutional talent intelligence so relationships, rates, performance and learnings compound over time rather than live in individual inboxes.
Structure + Grow Partnerships: Lead or oversee creator outreach, negotiations and deal architecture across rates, deliverables, rights, usage, exclusivity, paid amplification, licensing and category conflicts. Identify opportunities beyond one-off sponsored content, including ambassadors, recurring partnerships, creator-owned IP, franchises, series and other commercially valuable models. Balance strong creator relationships with the commercial needs of Mojo and our clients. Partner closely with Legal, Finance, Production and Account to make partnerships workable, defensible and scalable.
Build the Operating + Measurement Model: Establish the systems, workflows, standards and tools needed to run creator work effectively at Mojo. Build creator CRM / roster infrastructure that captures relationship history, rates, deal terms, performance and team feedback. Create scalable approaches to briefing, onboarding, contracting, approvals, communication and tracking. Define what success looks like for creator work and ensure performance learning informs future talent, creative and investment decisions. Partner with Strategy and Analytics / BI on benchmarks, reporting and learning agendas across creator performance, cultural and brand impact, and — where available — business outcomes. Use technology, creator platforms and automation where they can make the work smarter and faster without replacing human judgment.
Package + Grow the Capability: Act as a senior client voice for Creator Partnerships and build trust as a strategic advisor. Turn Mojo’s creator POV into clear offerings, scopes and programs clients can buy. Support pitches and new business, proactively surface opportunities and help grow one-off assignments into larger scopes, always-on programs and potentially Creator AOR relationships. Build a pragmatic operating model and scale specialist support as client demand and the business grow.
