About The Position

This role is part of our Maker Program, an 18-month rotational experience designed for early-career talent looking to build foundational skills across marketing, creative, and consumer-facing functions. As a Maker on the Creator Partnerships team, you will be watching creators and tracking trends to help drive creator acquisition decisions. You will be helping build the cross-functional AI-enabled workflows and tools that let the team move faster and smarter. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who lives on social platforms, understands trends and wants to shape how creators show up on Tubi.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate or early in your career
  • Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, ChatGP etc.) and excitement about using them in your work
  • Deep fluency with emerging and established creators and trends on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Media, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Must have U.S. work authorization; we are unable to sponsor visas for this program
  • Committed and available to work for the entire 18-month length of the program

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify emerging and established creators across TikTok, YouTube and Instagram who align with Tubi's creator strategy and priority fandoms
  • Use AI tools to streamline creator research, surface trends, and prioritize creator outreach targets and compile data on creators (audience size, engagement, category fit, etc.)
  • Serve as the team's Gen-Z lens by trends in creator culture and audience behaviour and share a point of view on creator talent.
  • Share trend reports that inform which creators to pursue and which formats are gaining traction
  • Support Senior Managers in cross-functional collaboration with other teams, including Content Acquisition, Legal, Marketing, Product, and Comms for creator launches and exclusive activations
