About The Position

Supercast powers premium subscriptions for the world’s top podcasts and creators, helping them build direct relationships with their audiences and generate recurring revenue through exclusive content and community. Following its recent acquisition by Red Seat Ventures (a Fox Corp. company), Supercast is entering a new phase of investment and expansion, evaluating a broader toolkit for podcast-first creators and new ways for creators to engage and monetize their audiences. The Creator Partnership Specialist will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and engaging high-profile creators to bring them onto the Supercast platform. This role involves strategic outreach, meticulous pipeline management, and setting up initial sales conversations for the partnerships lead.

  • Startup savvy: moves fast, writes well, thrives in ambiguity, and builds the playbook as they go.
  • Credibility: speaks Creator, can point to partnerships they’re proud of, and knows how to drive a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Build and obsessively maintain a living, breathing Top 100 creator target list.
  • Zero in on the Top 5 creators each quarter that Supercast will land and define the goals to help them accomplish.
  • Develop tailored, well-researched outreach that actually gets noticed for each partner, utilizing various creative approaches.
  • Track the pipeline with discipline and clarity, understanding what's working, what's stalling, and determining the next moves.
  • Open the door to get the first meeting on the calendar, warmed up, and primed for a strategic sales conversation with the partnerships lead.
