About The Position

Cantina Labs is a social AI company that develops advanced real-time models to enhance expression, personality, and realism in digital characters. The Creator Partner Manager will be responsible for maintaining and fostering relationships with signed creators on the Cantina platform. This role involves hands-on work with creators to help them build and refine their bots, develop content and campaigns, execute deliverables, and serve as their primary point of contact. The ideal candidate will be a creative individual with a passion for working with talent, a strong understanding of resonant content, and a drive to support creator success.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in creator partnerships, talent management, influencer marketing, or a creator-facing role within the creator economy
• Proven track record of managing creator relationships and executing campaigns or content deliverables end-to-end
• Strong creative instincts and hands-on builder mentality — comfort ideating content concepts alongside talent and learning new platform tools (AI tools, content creation software, or bot/character building a strong plus)
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple creators and deliverables simultaneously
• Self-starter energy and genuine passion for creators, with deep understanding of what motivates them to invest in a new platform

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of signed creators, building deep trusted relationships across all things Cantina
• Hands-on build and iterate on creator bots and characters alongside talent, translating their voice, IP, and audience into compelling on-platform experiences
• Lead creative ideation on content, campaigns, and platform-native formats, and manage execution of partnership deliverables end-to-end
• Provide ongoing platform support, training, and best-practice guidance, and track creator performance against partnership KPIs
• Act as the internal advocate for creators — relaying feedback, feature requests, and market intelligence to product, content, and marketing teams
