GoodPower is a global organization focused on unlocking the economic potential of decarbonization through research, innovation, strategic communications, and disruptive technology. We aim to advance affordable and reliable energy, expand economic opportunity, strengthen energy security, support healthier communities, and accelerate the transition to a low-carbon economy. As we approach the completion of our first year of our 2030 Strategic Plan, GoodPower is in a pivotal growth stage, intending to significantly expand its reach, capabilities, and impact over the next five years by investing in innovation, AI, data analytics, R&D, and next-generation communications infrastructure. The Creator Collective at GoodPower is the largest youth climate creator network globally, comprising over 7,000 youth content creators producing short-form video across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. The Creator Marketing Manager will be responsible for devising and executing large-scale creator marketing campaigns through this network, utilizing both advocacy and persuasion/educational frameworks. This role is crucial to GoodPower's strategy of shifting marketing investment directly to young people, channeling authentic youth voices to inspire climate action across diverse audiences, with a focus on communities of color. This is a full-time, fully remote position open to candidates based anywhere in the US, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams via weekly video calls and org-wide staff meetings.
