About The Position

Patreon is seeking a Creator Growth Strategist (Contract) to support its mission of funding the creative class. This role is remote, part-time (~20 hours/week), and focuses on scaling a 1:1 growth consults program for small and medium-sized creators. The strategist will conduct one-time growth consultations, provide tactical recommendations, ensure advice is acted upon through follow-up, manage outreach to maintain a pipeline, and help pilot new formats for 1:1 support. The Creator Growth team aims to help creators build sustainable, growing businesses on the Patreon platform through both scaled programming and personalized support.

Requirements

  • Experience in a creator-facing, customer success, or SMB advising role, or equivalent experience.
  • A track record of advising creators or small businesses on growth, with measurable results.
  • The ability to quickly understand a creator’s business and offer tangible, tactical recommendations on the spot.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through (tracking consults, outreach, and follow-up).
  • Strong presence on video calls and a customer-success mentality.
  • Comfort owning a high-volume calendar directly (including renegotiating conflicts) while keeping each interaction feeling personal, not transactional.
  • Comfort operating in an ambiguous, evolving program and adapting to new formats as they're piloted.
  • Fluency with CRM/outreach tools (Salesforce, Airtable, or equivalent).

  • Experience at a creator platform, MCN, or creator-focused startup.
  • Experience advising SMB or small business owners on growth.

Responsibilities
