About The Position

The Creative team provides customers with original, relevant, and contemporary visuals. Through an industry-unique combination of consumer research, proprietary data, and three decades of trend reporting experience, the team delivers actionable insights that guide customers to the visual content that connects with consumers. Closely collaborating with our contributor base of photographers, videographers, and illustrators around the world, the team develops market leading, authentic, and differentiated content.

Getty Images is hiring a Creator Engagement Specialist. You are a proven community manager, skilled at engaging individuals and groups across all media and platforms. Regardless of the platform (digital or face-to-face), you are in your element when creating relationships that build trust and loyalty. You are a creative at heart and love to be both inspired and inspiring.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
• Experience and knowledge of the business of Photography and/or Film
• Experience in marketing, communications, production or community management
• Proven ability to co-ordinate and communicate professionally at all internal organizational levels, and externally, to drive projects to completion.
• Dynamic problem-solving abilities combined with a keen attention to detail
• Strong customer service and relationship-management skills, with the ability to balance creator needs, customer expectations, and business priorities.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Software: MS Office, Content and Project Management Systems

Nice To Haves

• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Strengthen and grow relations with our community of creators, working across Getty Images and iStock creative photo, video, illustration.
• Drive engagement strategies across AMER Custom Content projects to ensure high-quality content deliveries for all customers.
• Create and deliver recruitment and creator communications via multiple channels, with an eye for detail and a talent for explaining complex issues in the most concise and impactful way.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for creators, providing timely, professional, and solutions-oriented support while delivering a positive creator experience.
• Balance the needs of creators, customers, and internal stakeholders by evaluating priorities, communicating trade-offs clearly, and making informed recommendations that support business objectives and project success.
• Manage creator inquiries, concerns, and escalations with empathy, professionalism, and sound judgment, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently while maintaining strong relationships.
• Work dynamically in collaboration with our North and South America Art Director teams to ensure consistency and efficiency in creator relationship management.
• Maintain detailed records and task organization across projects with quick deadlines.
• Develop and maintain close relationships with the creator community to understand their requirements & challenges, feeding these back to the business with solutions.
• Stay in tune with industry trends.
• Provide support for recruitment and engagement projects working to activate and engage creators across the Creative department.
• Work with internal departments to understand the strength of the Getty Images offer and communicate that to creators.
• Maintain consistent, professional service to both creators and our internal customers.
