Creative Technology and Automations Specialist
About The Position
Our In House Agency, RED, is dedicated to enhancing efficiency in content creation, personalization, campaign management, and the adoption of cutting edge technologies, including Generative AI. At the core of these initiatives is Adobe Workfront. We are seeking a seasoned Adobe Workfront Specialist who not only optimizes this essential platform but also identifies operational needs, designs solutions independently, and leads impactful automation and AI-driven innovation. Please Note: This role is focused on hands-on administration and optimization, not project management. It requires a proactive, technically skilled, and inventive approach to system implementation, automation development, user support, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 5 years as an Adobe Workfront system administrator, with at least 2 years experience in Workfront Fusion.
- In-depth knowledge of Adobe Workfront's integration processes and capabilities.
- Expertise in low code automations as well as Python, and Java Script.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with exceptional skills in workflow automation, project management, and system integration.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other related disciplines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at process improvement and stakeholder alignment.
Nice To Haves
- Additional knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud applications and Adobe Experience cloud a plus.
- Experience developing custom AI Agents in tools like Copilot, Writer.com, or Amazon Bedrock.
- Adobe Workfront and Fusion certifications.
- Experience in HTML.
- Experience with non-native Workfront integrations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation with our MarTech team, and ongoing enhancement of the Workfront platform.
- Proactively identify business, operational, and workflow needs across stakeholders and independently design, propose, and deliver scalable solutions.
- Serve as an expert in automation across low‑code tools such as Workfront Fusion as well as custom development using Python, JavaScript, and API integrations, ensuring efficient and reliable system connections.
- Create, manage, and own impactful agentic AI-driven solutions for multiple stakeholder groups, taking responsibility for ideation, architecture, delivery, and ongoing optimization.
- Establish and maintain robust governance for project tracking, communication, and collaboration within Workfront.
- Engage with internal teams to identify challenges and develop tailored solutions.
- Create and manage adaptable reports and dashboards; conduct regular audits to ensure their effectiveness and accuracy.
- Continuously update custom fields and forms to meet the diverse needs of various teams.
- Oversee processes and documentation; manage system updates and test new releases.
- Develop and deliver training materials to enhance platform utilization across the organization.
- Participate in Beta testing with Adobe to analyze new features.
- Develop metrics and reports to improve workflow and resource management.
- Drive the adoption of Workfront, ensuring best practices.
