About The Position

At New Engen, we help brands grow smarter through digital marketing strategies that integrate media, creative, analytics, influencer, and retail. Grapevine is New Engen’s solution for brands to license high-performing third-party creator content for social ad campaigns. We are a collaborative team dedicated to helping brands and each other thrive, working hard, staying humble, and building with purpose.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in creative strategy or performance-driven content within the DTC or ecommerce space.
  • Experience developing visual advertising concepts (video and static), including hooks, storyboarding, and calls-to-action.
  • Hands-on experience with creative tools such as Figma or Canva.
  • Hands-on experience with video editing platforms like CapCut or Adobe Premiere.
  • Comfort working within project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday) to track deliverables, timelines, and creative workflows.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and consumer trends.
  • An entrepreneurial, builder mindset with enthusiasm for testing ideas and iterating on creative concepts.
  • Excellent organization and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Clear and compelling communication skills, both written and visual.
  • A highly collaborative approach, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
  • A positive, curious attitude, bringing energy, creativity, and a sense of fun.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of creative and content strategies that drive measurable performance across paid media channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Translate brand goals and market insights into compelling campaign concepts to improve key performance metrics.
  • Generate new campaign ideas and creative concepts based on market research, content analysis, and consumer trends.
  • Identify opportunities to test new formats, messaging angles, and storytelling approaches.
  • Concept and write detailed briefs for creators, designers, and writers, including scripts, hooks, shot lists, and messaging frameworks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of creative concepts from production through final delivery.
  • Provide visual direction, storyboard guidance, and post-production briefs.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR) to understand audience resonance.
  • Recommend new creative iterations, refine messaging, and optimize advertorial landing pages.
  • Work closely with Brand Success, design, and cross-functional partners to align creative direction with campaign goals.
  • Contribute ideas, insights, and feedback to deliver cohesive, high-performing marketing campaigns.
