About The Position

Mirage is an AI-native video platform that intelligently orchestrates production and editing through natural language. Our models leverage contextual awareness to execute the same creative decisions a professional editor would — dramatically improving productivity for experienced teams, while making video creation accessible to anyone. We’re an interdisciplinary team addressing some of the most difficult technical and creative challenges in generative media. As an early member of our team, you’ll tackle foundational problems that remain largely unsolved across the industry, driving an outsized impact on the future of creative expression. About the role: We’re looking for a Creative Strategy Associate to supercharge our performance ads and support influencer marketing initiatives. In this role, you’ll leverage data-driven insights, creative expertise, and market research to craft compelling ad campaigns. You’ll also collaborate with top global creators and work cross functionally with creative, product, and performance teams to drive impactful video and static ads.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years experience as a creative strategist or performance marketer with strong creative skillset
  • Hands on experience with Meta platforms and proven expertise in paid social and direct response advertising
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms, like Meta, TikTok, Youtube, and Linkedin
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience working with global creators and influencers
  • Self starter with an adaptable mindset and passion for innovation

Responsibilities

  • Create performance ads for paid social platforms, aligning closely with the performance team to deliver on business objectives
  • Source and manage creators end to end, including identifying new partners, managing outreach, negotiating contracts, and guiding ad production to meet our high brand standards
  • Craft comprehensive creative briefs for creators, agencies, and internal teams
  • Collaborate with product, design, and other cross functional stakeholders to ensure a full-funnel approach to reaching both new and core audiences
  • Measure, track, and analyze campaign performance data to inform testing strategies and continuously improve outcomes
  • Support influencer marketing campaigns from concept to execution
