About The Position

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to drive performance for ecommerce brands through high-converting Meta ad concepts. This is not a design or editing role. Your focus will be on strategy, research, and ideation —developing creative concepts that translate into winning ad campaigns. Each week, you will deliver structured creative briefs (typically Mondays). Briefs are created in Notion and consumed by video editors. Editors execute your vision into video and static creatives. Performance data feeds back into your next round of concepts. You may work across 1–3 brands simultaneously, depending on priorities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Meta ads / performance creative
  • Strong understanding of direct-response marketing and customer psychology
  • Ability to generate high-volume, high-quality creative ideas
  • Experience working across multiple brands or campaigns
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment
  • Strong ownership and results-driven mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with AI tools for creative strategy
  • Ability to identify high-performing vs. low-quality AI-generated concepts

Responsibilities

  • Research customer avatars, competitors, and market trends
  • Develop creative angles, hooks, and ad concepts
  • Create structured weekly creative briefs for video editors
  • Build and manage testing frameworks (hooks, formats, messaging)
  • Analyze performance data and iterate quickly
  • Identify and scale winning creatives
  • Collaborate closely with editors to ensure strong execution
