We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to drive performance for ecommerce brands through high-converting Meta ad concepts. This is not a design or editing role. Your focus will be on strategy, research, and ideation —developing creative concepts that translate into winning ad campaigns. Each week, you will deliver structured creative briefs (typically Mondays). Briefs are created in Notion and consumed by video editors. Editors execute your vision into video and static creatives. Performance data feeds back into your next round of concepts. You may work across 1–3 brands simultaneously, depending on priorities.
