We have an exciting opportunity for a Creative Specialist located in Fond du Lac, WI . How you will contribute: We are seeking a highly motivated and imaginative Creative Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a creative self-starter with a strong sense of visual storytelling, a sharp eye for graphic design, and a passion for producing compelling content across multiple platforms. Duties will include conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality creative assets for social media, website, email campaigns, print materials, and other marketing collateral. You will play a key role in bringing our brand to life through engaging print, video, and digital assets that connect with our audience and support marketing objectives. Managing and executing details will be critical to success of this role!

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2–4 years of hands-on development and execution experience in a creative role
• Proficiency in design and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar software
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across print, digital, and video
• Excellent communication
• High level of detail orientation
• Organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with multiple projects going on simultaneously
• Delivering the highest quality customer experience will be essential.
