About The Position

As the Creative Services Coordinator, you will support the overall efficiency and organization of the Creative Services Department by coordinating schedules, managing assets, and helping streamline workflows for print, digital, and multimedia projects. Working closely with the Manager of Creative Services, you will play an important role in ensuring creative initiatives are completed effectively while supporting the mission of EWTN.

Requirements

Highly organized and detail-oriented creative professional
Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication skills
Ability to collaborate well with teams
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Adaptable to changing needs
Motivated to continue learning and growing professionally
Strong understanding of the Catholic faith and alignment with the mission of EWTN

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, or related experience

Responsibilities

Coordinate invoices and vendor communications
Track creative assets and equipment usage
Organize photography and project archives
Manage requests for corporate printed materials
Coordinate multimedia campaigns across departments
Maintain shared creative workspaces
Assist with Adobe design projects as needed
Provide ongoing support to Creative Directors and designers to keep projects moving efficiently
