About The Position

As a Surface Experts Technician, you’ll use your eye for color and detail to repair surfaces like bathtubs, countertops, cabinets, and flooring using our 5-Step process. This role offers hands-on experience where your skills in making things with your hands, working with color, or creating in 3D can come into play.

Requirements

• Experience with tools or hands-on work (jobs, trades, school, or personal projects/hobbies)
• Ability to identify, compare, and accurately match colors
• Comfortable working independently in customer homes and businesses
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual / Spanish-speaking candidates
• Creative, hands-on backgrounds (artists, makers, designers, art students, craftspeople, luthiers)
• Trades experience (maintenance, painting, millwork, construction, carpentry, automotive)
• Property and facilities maintenance experience (hotel engineers, building maintenance, handyman roles)

Responsibilities

• Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
• Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool
• Communicate with the support team with questions
• Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
• Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit
• Problem-solve repairs with creativity
