We can fix minor damages to many surfaces including Bathtubs, Cabinets, Floors, Appliances, Countertops, Furniture, Elevator Panels … you name it! By combining traditional trades with our own original processes and products, we are able to provide long-lasting repairs that are pleasing to the eye. And all with a smile! Our competitors want to resurface everything – even damage only a few inches wide! We can repair those small spots, resulting in happy customers who keep on calling us back. Our goal is happy customer who has saved money and time while avoiding adding another damaged surface to the landfill. Our typical repair doesn’t make a mess, doesn’t leave a smell, and doesn’t take more than 2 hours. Technicians usually need only a tablespoon or two of product, meaning they can carry everything with them in a small truck or car! Requirements

Physical dexterity and agility — must be able to work in tight spaces, on flooring and inside tubs with precision and care
Eagerness to develop color‑matching skills and apply color theory to reproduce accurate colors, textures, and sheen
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow procedures, assess underlying conditions, and effective problem‑solving skills
A growth‑oriented mindset: receptive to feedback, clear in communication, and willing to ask questions or acknowledge gaps

Nice To Haves

Maintenance, construction, or other hands-on trades

Responsibilities

Check in at the office each morning, then complete 4+ creative repairs per day in the field
Set expectations clearly and share results with customers
Upload before/after photos and notes into company software
Maintain work kits, tools, and inventory in a neat, organized, and professional manner
Master all tools and techniques in your field kits and deliver quality repairs consistently
