About The Position

Roku's Global Brand Studio brings the Roku brand to life through creative work that connects with consumers, advertisers, and partners. We work across brand marketing, advertising, content, and events, partnering with teams across the business to turn priorities into compelling creative. Creative Project Management connects people, priorities, and production, giving our creative teams the clarity and support they need to do their best work. We are looking for a Creative Project Manager, Advertising and AI to manage creative projects supporting Roku's Advertising business and help advance the studio's use of AI tools and workflows. This role partners closely with creative leadership, marketers, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into clear briefs, actionable production plans, and well-managed projects. The Creative Project Manager guides work from intake through delivery, managing scope, schedules, resources, budgets, and approvals across multiple projects simultaneously. This role also plays a key part in bringing AI into the studio's everyday work, from implementing creative platforms and supporting users to developing repeatable workflows with clear processes and measurable benefits. This is a hands-on role for someone who brings structure to ambiguity, builds strong relationships, and keeps work moving. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing a high-profile production, troubleshooting a workflow, and helping a creative team get started with a new tool.

  • Clear, confident communication and the ability to build alignment across teams with competing priorities
  • A collaborative, proactive approach, curiosity about emerging technology, and sound judgment in a fast-moving environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage creative projects from brief through final delivery across advertiser marketing, integrated campaigns, sales materials, video, animation, executive presentations, and event content
  • Partner with stakeholders to clarify objectives, strengthen briefs, define deliverables, and establish scope, timelines, and approval requirements
  • Build and maintain project plans, production schedules, and workback calendars, identifying dependencies and addressing risks before they affect delivery
  • Coordinate with creative leadership to plan resources, balance workloads, and identify freelance, agency, or production support needs
  • Manage project budgets, estimates, and spend tracking, partnering with Finance and Procurement on purchase orders, invoices, and vendor requirements
  • Coordinate external creative and production partners, including scoping, onboarding, contracting, production milestones, and final delivery
  • Facilitate creative reviews, consolidate actionable feedback, and keep stakeholders aligned on decisions, revisions, and approvals
  • Support major advertising and industry events, managing creative deliverables across video, presentations, digital assets, and environmental graphics
  • Communicate project status, priorities, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to creative teams, business partners, and leadership
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, asset organization, and delivery specifications across project management and review platforms
  • Support the implementation and day-to-day adoption of creative AI tools, including platforms such as Runway, through onboarding, training, troubleshooting, and user support
  • Partner with creative teams to identify practical AI use cases, test workflows, document best practices, and turn successful pilots into repeatable processes
  • Coordinate with technical, Legal, and Security partners on tool evaluations, access requirements, and approved usage
