This role is hybrid, requiring you to report on-site to one of the following office locations a minimum of 2 days/week: Los Angeles or San Francisco. Your Role You are responsible for managing communication between the creative team you support and internal partners, including account management, production, finance, and strategy. Prioritizing organization, you advocate for the creative team, enabling them to concentrate on their work by removing any obstacles that may arise. Supporting the creative team, you track down assets and files when needed and follow up with other departments when the team is waiting on information. You set up creative folders and Slack channels for all programs you support, and once established, you ensure all files are being saved appropriately and monitor the Slack channel. Finally, you flag process issues to Creative Operations and collaborate with them to find solutions for a smoother creative process moving forward.
