We are seeking motivated and diligent individuals with a passion for learning and problem-solving to join our 2026 Summer Internship Program. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience and make meaningful contributions to our team throughout the summer. The ideal candidate has a proactive attitude and thrive in a team environment, while also being capable of tackling tasks independently. We value interns who can think critically, communicate effectively, and contribute fresh ideas to our projects. We're looking for a motivated Creative Production Intern to support the execution of creative assets across digital channels. You'll work closely with our designers, gaining hands-on experience with professional tools and production workflows.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of visual consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a team environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Video editing and/or motion graphics skills.
• Interest in or exposure to automotive or agency work.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Must have completed Sophomore class status or above.
• Have authorization to work in the United States.
• Be able to complete a 10-week program beginning in June 2026.
• Must be willing to work a hybrid schedule in our Detroit office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and production of digital creative assets across sites, social, CRM, and performance channels.
• Adapt assets to meet channel and format specifications.
• Support designers and art directors throughout the creative process.
• Help maintain quality control across deliverables.
