Creative Producer

Plaid•San Francisco, CA

About The Position

We are looking for a Creative Producer to manage the end-to-end production of creative work across Plaid's marketing and brand campaigns. This includes paid ad content, growth marketing assets, event activations, and partner and customer marketing deliverables. The role partners closely with marketing, brand, and design teams to ensure creative work progresses smoothly, from clear intake and realistic timelines to meeting quality standards and successful shipping. This is an execution-focused role that thrives on variety, managing production for diverse projects such as digital campaigns and on-site event activations. You will take defined project plans and briefs and execute them with rigor, using sound judgment for day-to-day production decisions while collaborating with your manager on more complex issues.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in creative production, project coordination, or production management, agency or in-house, across marketing/brand campaigns.
  • Experience producing across multiple creative formats (paid media, event/experiential, digital, print, or similar).
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and comfort managing several concurrent projects with different stakeholders and timelines.
  • Clear, proactive communicator who can coordinate across creative, marketing, and external vendors without dropping details.
  • Working familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., Linear, Monday.com, Asana, or similar) and comfort ramping into new ones.
  • Comfortable executing against plans and priorities, while exercising independent judgment on day-to-day production decisions.
  • Growth mindset: curious about new formats and channels, and willing to adapt as the work evolves.

Responsibilities

  • Manage production for paid marketing campaigns, coordinating asset creation, timelines, and approvals across creative and marketing stakeholders.
  • Support partner and customer marketing projects, producing creative deliverables that meet both brand standards and partner/customer requirements.
  • Own creative production logistics for events, including coordinating signage, activations, sponsorship assets, and on-site creative needs.
  • Own and support the creative request intake process, ensuring requests have clear briefs, are triaged appropriately, and routed to the right owner.
  • Run polish reviews on outgoing creative to catch quality, consistency, and brand issues before assets ship.
  • Build and maintain production timelines across multiple concurrent projects, coordinating vendors and freelancers as needed and flagging risks or budget issues early.
  • Communicate status, blockers, and changes clearly to creative and marketing stakeholders.
