About The Position

CoinDesk Studios is seeking a Creative Producer to develop high-impact branded content at the intersection of media, storytelling, and digital assets. This creative-first role involves owning the entire creative process, from concept development to final delivery, across video, social channels, and live events. The Creative Producer will report to the Head of Studios Program Management and collaborate with Multimedia and Sales teams to translate client briefs into editorial-quality content.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in a creative or story-driven role at a media company, digital agency, or brand studio.
Strong understanding of digital assets, emerging tech, and the broader crypto ecosystem.
A portfolio demonstrating range, strong editorial judgment, and mastery across multi-platform formats.
Top-tier writing skills with a focus on video scripts, pitch decks, and creative strategy.
Ability to work as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment, navigate ambiguity, and deliver high-quality execution under deadlines.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to pitch ideas internally and externally.

Nice To Haves

Hands-on editing experience in Adobe Premiere Pro or Descript.

Responsibilities

Concept and pitch branded content campaigns across short-form video, social media, and live event experiences.
Write compelling scripts, creative treatments, and briefs that align client objectives with CoinDesk’s editorial voice.
Partner with producers, editors, and technical teams to guide projects from ideation through post-production and delivery.
Collaborate with the Head of Studios on new business pitches and client presentations.
Assist with video/audio editing, copy creation, and CMS publishing to ensure seamless deployment.
Leverage knowledge of blockchain, Web3, and digital assets to ensure content relevance and accuracy.
