About The Position

Salem Alliance Church is seeking a full-time Creative Producer to lead production and technical support for worship services, live broadcasts, and major church events. The role partners closely with the Worship Leader and Pastor of Online Ministries. The church is looking for a collaborative leader passionate about production excellence who enjoys developing volunteers, solving technical challenges, and creating exceptional worship experiences. This is a primarily onsite, weekend-focused ministry position. Regular leadership during Saturday evening and Sunday worship services is required, along with weekday planning, rehearsals, production responsibilities, volunteer development, and evening support for conferences and special events. Requirements

• Experience in live audio engineering, lighting, video production, and production systems.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to support regular Saturday evening and Sunday worship services, weekday responsibilities, and evening events.
