About The Position

The Creative Producer owns the creative and content engine behind Jennie Allen’s personal brand, including her podcast, books, speaking, and social channels. The role combines content strategy and planning, hands-on design and copywriting, and leadership of a creative team. The Creative Producer partners with Jennie Allen and the Chief of Staff, developing bold ideas, taking direction, and executing within an established brand voice and visual identity. This is not primarily a film or video production role. The work focuses mainly on strategy, design, copy, and leading a creative team, with video as one part of the content mix. The role serves an individual leader’s personal brand rather than general corporate or nonprofit marketing, and does not have full creative autonomy over the brand. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week remote employee position, with at least quarterly travel for All Team retreats and key events. The position reports to the Chief of Staff to the Founder and supervises creative contractors.
