Creative Video Producer

Arketa•New York, NY
•$90,000 - $120,000

About The Position

Arketa is hiring a founding Creative Producer to own its content engine. The role covers the full production process—concepting, shooting, directing, and editing—across paid advertising, founder storytelling, and studio partner features. This is a build-from-zero role with ownership of how creative production is developed and delivered at Arketa. The producer will create long-form brand features in interview, documentary, and behind-the-scenes formats; cover events and activations, including turning same-day footage into publishable content; and originate video concepts and scripts with the content team. The role also involves briefing and managing external freelancers when specialized work is needed, and building lightweight systems for briefing, production, and asset management, including a reusable raw-footage and b-roll library. The producer will work closely with the content and marketing team and directly with Arketa's founder on her content series. Success includes independently running the founder content series, producing studio partner stories, establishing production workflows and an asset library, and improving the performance and consistency of social content.
