About The Position

Adyen is seeking a Creative Producer to manage the end-to-end production of creative work across marketing and brand initiatives, including paid and growth campaigns, event activations, web, partner marketing, and customer-facing deliverables. Based in San Francisco as part of the Studio team, the role reports to the Studio Lead and partners closely with Marketing, Brand, Design, and external partners to turn creative briefs into high-quality work. The Creative Producer defines scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and dependencies, and keeps projects moving from brief to launch. The position works in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities and varied production needs, from multi-channel digital campaigns to major events and experiential activations. It also helps improve how creative work gets made at Adyen by building scalable production processes and a trusted network of external partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in creative production, agency-side or in-house.
  • Experience producing across film, photography, motion, digital, print, paid media, events, and experiential.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, multiple stakeholders, and competing timelines.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable making day-to-day production decisions independently.
  • Clear, proactive communication across Creative, Marketing, agencies, freelancers, and vendors.
  • Strong financial and operational judgment across scoping, staffing, budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, and ability to adapt the approach to project needs.
  • Curiosity and hands-on experience with AI and emerging creative tools to improve workflows and efficiency.
  • Strong team player who takes ownership and follows through.

Responsibilities

  • Lead integrated campaigns across live action, photography, digital, social, print, events, and experiential.
  • Develop proposals, scopes, and pricing with leadership and creative leads.
  • Partner with the NA Studio Lead, Global Studio, and Marketing to translate creative briefs into actionable production plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
  • Manage large-scale productions from concept through delivery, coordinating schedules, approvals, vendors, freelancers, and key dependencies.
  • Build and manage production timelines across multiple concurrent projects, flagging risks, blockers, and budget issues early.
  • Facilitate the creative review process across Studio and Marketing, involving appropriate stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet brand standards, marketing requirements, and quality expectations before launch.
  • Own and support the creative request intake process, ensuring requests have clear briefs, are triaged appropriately, and are routed to the right owner.
  • Maintain clear, proactive visibility into project status, timelines, risks, blockers, and changes.
  • Manage estimates, bids, actual costs, contingencies, change orders, and project reconciliation.
