About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Creative Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day execution and operational efficiency of a Media Creative team. This role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure creative projects are effectively planned, tracked, and delivered on time across various media channels. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and skilled at managing workflows, timelines, and communication across teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Business, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–4+ years of experience in creative operations, project coordination, or marketing/creative services
  • Experience working with creative or design teams; agency or retail media experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with digital creative across channels such as social, video, and media platforms
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Workfront, Monday.com, Figma, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality creative outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end creative workflows including intake, briefing, planning, and delivery tracking
  • Assist in gathering requirements and validating creative briefs for completeness
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, trackers, and status reports
  • Ensure smooth progression of projects through all stages of the creative lifecycle
  • Coordinate across Creative, Sales, Account Management, Production, and external partners
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, including status updates and reviews
  • Document action items, track follow-ups, and ensure alignment across teams
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, or timeline conflicts and escalate as needed
  • Maintain accurate project tracking in tools such as Workfront, Monday.com, or similar platforms
  • Support enhancements to workflows, templates, and standard operating procedures
  • Organize and manage creative documentation and project assets
  • Partner with creative and production teams to ensure proper project scoping and execution
  • Support coordination with strategy, sales, and account teams for brand initiatives
  • Contribute to a collaborative, solution-focused team environment
