We’re hiring an On-Call Creative Operations Specialist to support our Creative Studio. This role involves taking ownership of the process that links developing striking creative deliverables and strategic, hands-on client management. The specialist acts as the 'glue' that goes beyond managing traffic and communications, doing whatever is necessary to get the best work out of the team for ICF Next and the client. Key tools for success include over-communication, organization, experience, foresight to avoid issues, and a personality that fosters collaboration, creativity, and professionalism. As an on-call/freelancer, the work schedule can range from zero to 30 hours per week, depending on workload. This position offers strategic networking opportunities for future openings within ICF Next's Creative Studio, which focuses on mission-driven creative work for public and private-sector clients addressing issues like HIV/AIDS, disaster preparedness, human trafficking, climate change, and child welfare.
