We are looking for a solution-oriented, proactive Creative Operations Associate to serve as the tactical engine of our creative department. In this role, you will drive the day-to-day execution that enables Dermstore to hit high-velocity production targets, ensuring that video, print, and digital assets move seamlessly from briefing through delivery. Reporting to the Creative Operations Manager, you will act as the vital link between internal stakeholders and the creative team, managing workflows, asset organization, and production logistics in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years in creative operations or project management, ideally within a beauty, retail, or agency environment
  • Mastery of project management platforms such as Monday.com and Airtable preferred
  • Expert use of Frame.io for video review and feedback loops
  • Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and video editing tools like CapCut to support asset hand-offs
  • Proven experience with shoot production and project-managing ecommerce marketing projects preferred
  • Operational mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and shift tasks quickly in a fast-paced setting
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to act as a neutral, solutions-oriented liaison
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong decision-making capability and a positive, "can-do" demeanor

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the end-to-end creative development lifecycle for graphics, copy, and video assets by monitoring task status and clearing blockers
  • Maintain constant, real-time communication via Monday.com, email, and chat with internal stakeholders, including Buying, Performance, Brand, and Social teams
  • Schedule and manage communications between internal teams and external creative agencies to ensure deliverables remain on schedule
  • Guide workflows from initial intake through final stakeholder approvals, post-production review, and delivery
  • Own the organization, maintenance, and hygiene of Digital Asset Management (DAM) tools, enforcing naming conventions and folder structures
  • Manage review processes in Figma and Frame.io, tracking stakeholder revisions and version control for video and graphic deliverables
  • Oversee the product shoot sample request process and provide logistical support by tracking project timelines
  • Archive all completed projects and ensure the asset library is up-to-date to support "always-on" programming across all channels
