We are seeking a commercially-driven Creative & Media Marketing Manager to deliver high-impact, data-backed marketing campaigns that drive cluster revenue and enhance the guest experience. Working within a high-performing, matrixed Growth function—and collaborating with everything from local PR and performance marketing teams to Global Brand and Merlin Magic Making—you will champion both digital and traditional marketing strategies. This role is perfect for a collaborative professional with a "can-do" attitude and a proven track record of maximizing ROI. This is a Hybrid position and will need to be present 3 days a week at LEGOLAND Florida.
