Avance Care is dedicated to elevating the standard of healthcare. As one of North Carolina's largest networks of independent primary care practices, we offer comprehensive services to support the physical, mental, and emotional health of our patients. Our Creative Specialist will play an important role in supporting a variety of marketing initiatives to support Avance Care practices. This includes managing Avance Care’s visual identity and brand consistency, primarily focused on graphic design. This role will also help develop and maintain practice-specific visual assets with consistent branding and support organization-wide communication and marketing goals. This is a full-time role involving 8 hours weekday shifts with some evening requirement, occasional weekends and travel throughout NC. The position works a hybrid schedule with 3 days remote and 2 days onsite. We operate in a busy, fast-paced environment, and we seek a candidate who thrives under such conditions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphics Design, Visual Communication, or in a related field required; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 2-3 years related creative design experience required.
  • Advanced proficiency in graphic design tools and platforms, including Adobe Creative Suite, digital design software, and content creation tools.
  • Strong project management skills to efficiently organize and execute a high volume of graphic design and digital content initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross functional teams, clinical leaders, and community partners.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative, patient centric visual assets and campaigns.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand integrity across all creative outputs.
  • Experience providing creative support for live events, including photography, videography, and staffing the events.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing design projects, including digital strategies and traditional outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Design, deliver and maintain creative assets for marketing and communications efforts supporting marketing initiatives
  • Maintain Avance Care’s brand integrity by upholding the style guide and reviewing and editing organizational materials for consistency
  • Support email marketing content creation to engage audiences while managing brand voice, both external and internal
  • Help with social media content and campaigns
  • Provide marketing support at community events through preparation, day-off staff support, and digital content creation
  • Assist provider onboarding, marketing-related requests throughout our organization, digital marketing efforts, as well as community and marketing events with planning, onsite staffing, and photography efforts.
  • Other marketing duties as assigned
