About The Position

This intern position will be integrated directly within our creative team, which includes content strategists, graphic designers, and video professionals. With guidance from the team, the intern will be directly responsible for hands-on creative projects that advance our mission of caring for LCMS workers and ministries. As a member of our team they will help educate, inform, and reassure members regarding their wellness, healthcare, and retirement benefits.

Requirements

• Marketing, or related major in Visual Communication, Web Design or Creative Technology.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Website design
• Technical computer knowledge
• Content Management Systems
• Familiarity with website programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Basic understanding of programming logic
• Integrity and confidentiality
• Problem-Solving
• Organization and detail orientation
