Job Purpose: To inspire and deliver great creative work for all Canada Goose Digital and eCommerce marketing initiatives. To push the boundaries of creativity and the abilities of the team and find new, unexpected ways to drive customer engagement and generate buzz for the Canada Goose brand. About The Role: Provide executional oversight for all Digital and eCommerce creative programs and marketing deliverables Lead and execute projects from concept to completion for a wide range of Digital marketing outputs such as digital campaigns, short-form video, interactive web experiences, varieties of social content, and eCommerce photoshoots Inspire and mentor teams of various levels to reach their full potential and produce the best work possible by adapting to each individuals’ style of communication and motivations Successfully communicate (present and sell-in) creative ideas and their rationale to partners within the marketing department as well as other common collaborators like product design, wholesale, retail, and eCommerce teams Keep internal clients abreast of progress and adapt to any changes in creative through the course of project work Work closely and collaboratively with the creative production team to bring ideas to life on time and on budget Storyboard or translate ideas to the creative team of art directors and designers Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas Revise content and presentations to provide effective feedback to the team to approve the highest quality work for production Own the visual identity for both internal and external brand communication components such as graphic design and typography as it pertains to Digital and eCommerce channels Lead the online experience and interactive design of canadagoose.com Management of the global creation, production, and distribution of Digital assets globally Localization of global digital/eCommerce assets and creation of local or regional creative assets working in close cooperation with regional leaders as necessary Understanding and adherence to the creative production budget; establishing and maintaining external partnerships with design and production agencies. Provide the brand with strategic direction for how the brand comes to life in our activations Hire, develop, and manage the creative team
