The United States Naval Academy Alumni Association and Foundation (AA&F) is seeking a full-time Digital Creative Coordinator to join its Communications Department in Annapolis, Maryland. This role supports the organization's mission by helping bring to life stories of service, leadership, athletics, philanthropy, and lifelong engagement through compelling digital and visual storytelling. The Digital Creative Coordinator supports the production, coordination, and administration of digital and visual content across AA&F communications channels, including web, social media, email, video, podcasts, publications, and media outreach. This role plays an important part in translating the organization's mission and priorities into engaging multimedia content that resonates with alumni, donors, volunteers, and institutional stakeholders. Working closely with Creative, Digital, Editorial, and Media Relations colleagues, the Coordinator assists with content creation, asset management, project coordination, and creative operations. The role provides day-to-day support while also offering room for professional growth as technologies, platforms, and storytelling approaches continue to evolve-particularly in areas such as AI-enabled creative tools and emerging digital formats.
