The Lead Digital Creative Designer will create compelling and effective site content that enhances user engagement and drives performance. This role involves leading the design and execution of digital assets including page structure, campaign content, and custom landing pages, while continuously refining on-site typography, layout systems, and design components within the CMS. The ideal candidate has a strong design foundation, understands responsive web design, and proactively seeks opportunities to streamline workflows through automation and design system enhancements. Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and interactive content is a significant plus.
