UnitedMasters is seeking a Creative Director to join their team in Brooklyn, New York. This role will be responsible for owning and elevating the UnitedMasters creative vision, ensuring brand, design, and messaging resonate deeply with independent artists and drive connection and trust. The Creative Director will evolve and enforce the brand system, deliver clear, differentiated positioning, and ensure consistent expression across all touchpoints. This position will lead end-to-end creative for Marketing, owning production across campaigns and channels including web, digital, email, social, and events. A key responsibility will be developing and directing market-leading social content series that showcase artists and grow audience reach. The role requires partnering across Marketing functions to deliver best-in-class creative that is both emotionally compelling and performance-driven, championing a data-first creative approach, and building and scaling a high-performing design organization. Collaboration with Product Design, Artist Marketing, and Brand & Partnerships is essential for cohesive creative output. The Creative Director will also partner with Translation to align on brand direction and unlock integrated creative opportunities. This role involves hiring, leading, and developing a world-class creative team, aligning resources to priorities and long-term growth.
