About The Position

We are building a B2B brand that has impact. We need a creative function that makes it unmissable, and unmistakable. You will lead and elevate our graphic design and video production teams, shaping a visual identity that feels confident, consistent and commercially powerful. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will set the creative standard not just through direction, but through doing. You know how to move fast when the moment demands it and how to craft cinematic, high-production work when the brand deserves it. You combine creative vision with executional excellence. The mandate is simple: Make the brand look exceptional. Make it feel distinctive. Make it matter.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience leading visual design and video production in a B2B or agency environment.
  • Exceptional eye for typography, layout, motion, colour and visual storytelling.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both high-production brand work and rapid-turn creative.
  • Proven experience mentoring and developing creative talent.
  • Deep expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and video production tools.
  • Fluency in modern AI creative tooling and workflows.
  • Hands-on creative capability with the confidence to contribute directly to execution.
  • Ability to balance bold creative thinking with commercial discipline.
  • Confidence presenting creative work and rationale to senior stakeholders.

  • Experience in enterprise, technology or transformation-focused brands.

Responsibilities

  • Define and Lead Creative Vision: Shape and evolve the visual identity across web, social, campaigns, video, events and internal communications. Ensure every creative output feels cohesive, premium and aligned to brand strategy. Translate business priorities into compelling visual direction. Personally contribute to high-impact creative work when required, setting the bar through example.
  • Lead, Inspire and Develop the Creative Team: Oversee and mentor the graphic design and video production teams. Inspire high standards, strong craft and creative confidence. Provide clear, constructive feedback that elevates individual and team performance. Lead from the front, actively contributing to creative execution where it matters most.
  • Deliver Both Rapid and High-Production Creative: Enable fast, responsive creative for trending topics, real-time moments and reactive campaigns. Ensure rapid-turn content maintains brand consistency and quality. Oversee and contribute to premium, high-production brand assets, including cinematic video and flagship campaign work. Balance agility with craft, knowing when speed matters and when polish defines impact.
  • Drive Concept and Campaign Development: Lead ideation across brand, campaign, product and thought leadership initiatives. Develop bold creative concepts that resonate with clients and prospects. Ensure ideas are distinctive, relevant and commercially grounded.
  • Oversee Production and Execution: Maintain exceptional quality from concept through final delivery. Guide motion design, video production and visual execution to ensure technical and aesthetic excellence. Establish workflows that enable both quickfire content and complex production.
  • Advocate Creative at Senior Level: Present and articulate creative rationale to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence. Influence strategic discussions through strong visual thinking. Ensure creative direction is understood, supported and consistently executed.
  • Leverage Tools and Innovation: Maintain deep fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and video production tools. Actively use modern AI-enabled creative tooling to accelerate experimentation and production. Continuously evaluate emerging tools and formats that elevate creative impact.
