About The Position

Dust is building the product layer where AI meets how companies actually work. We are creating the infrastructure that allows any team to transform scattered knowledge and tools into coordinated execution with agents they build, own, and run themselves. Dust is used daily by its team, shaping human-agent collaboration and solving product problems. The company is in an exciting growth phase, aiming to quintuple its growth by the end of 2026, serving customers like Datadog, 1Password, Cursor, Clay, Vanta, and Persona. Dust is backed by Sequoia and comprises a team from Stripe, OpenAI, and Stanford, focused on users, rapid iteration, and a lighthearted approach. The company has been recognized among the Future 50 by The Generalist.
