About The Position

Under general supervision, the Creative Development Administrator will be responsible for providing comprehensive operational support to the Creative Development team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of public-facing creative development projects and contributes to the success of various initiatives, including the Milestones & More child development play kits, IDEAL Academy digital training platform, and Creative Bridge’s full-service print shop.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a Communications team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Some travel/business related driving required.
  • Must become an approved driver with CCRC prior to driving on behalf of CCRC.
  • Must meet requirements to be an approved driver including holding and maintaining current auto insurance, current California Driver’s License and receiving DMV clearance
  • Background check required.
  • Live Scan Clearance / DOJ Fingerprinting
  • MVR / DMV clearance in accordance with CCRC’s liability insurance provisions
  • Federal Debarment Checks
  • Credit & Bankruptcy Check: For positions with fiscal responsibility (roles with authority over financial transactions), a credit and bankruptcy check will be conducted to assess financial responsibility in alignment with agency standards and applicable laws, including the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. 1681 et seq.) and California Labor Code restrictions on credit reports (Labor Code 1025.5.)
