Responsible for engaging within the communities we serve by actively participating in business development, community events, financial education, volunteer programs, and corporate giving. Under the supervision of the Business Development Manager, the Community Development Administrator supports regional and branch managers in the implementation of community and internal events and activities, volunteer opportunities and community outreach efforts. You will actively participate in business development efforts, develop and deepen community partnerships, deliver and support the delivery of financial education, represent HZCU on committees and boards, communicate clearly regarding community development topics to employees, members and key stakeholders. The Community Development Administrator seeks and finds new opportunities to assist with promoting the overall goals of the credit union to drive growth, serve our communities, deepen member relationships and increase our presence in the communities we serve.
