About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Community Administrator to support operations across residential communities. This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, engaging with residents in a dynamic environment, or looking to begin their career in the property management industry.

Requirements

  • Ability to walk community grounds and perform light lifting
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable with basic office technology (phones, filing systems, etc.)
  • Professional demeanor and customer service orientation
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to walk or stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in property management or administrative support is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Walk assigned communities occasionally for inspections or resident support
  • Perform light physical tasks such as lifting boxes
  • Handle general office duties including filing, answering phones, and drafting letters
  • Maintain organized records and assist with resident communications
  • Support onsite amenities and staff coordination as needed
  • Demonstrate proficiency in company software to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Ensure swift responses to internal communications for seamless collaboration.
  • Conduct property inspections based on the contract for each property to check the condition of grounds, violations, etc.
  • All inspection findings, including noted deficiencies and violations, should be systematically recorded, and processed through the software.
