About The Position

Vaden Automotive is seeking a creative, energetic, and people-focused Creative Content Specialist + Brand Ambassador to join its marketing team. The role focuses on capturing and editing content, supporting social campaigns and content planning, and representing Vaden Automotive at events and in the community. The specialist supports dealership locations and affiliated businesses, collaborates with General Managers and teams to identify stories, and helps maintain consistent branding across social media channels. The position calls for someone comfortable in fast-paced, on-the-go environments who enjoys working with people and creating content.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of content creation experience.
• At least 2 years of social media management experience.
• Strong storytelling instincts and video and photo editing skills.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, on-the-go environments and willingness to travel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality video and photography daily, including planned content and spontaneous moments.
• Edit content efficiently for social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm, pitch, and deliver social campaigns.
• Help build and maintain a monthly content calendar featuring community involvement, dealership culture, customer stories, and brand initiatives.
• Represent Vaden Automotive at promotional events, charitable initiatives, community gatherings, ribbon cuttings, dealership milestones, and other brand activations.
• Engage with guests and community partners as a friendly, professional representative of Vaden Automotive.
• Capture on-site event content that highlights Vaden Automotive's community impact.
• Communicate and advocate for the company's mission and values.
• Support Vaden Automotive dealership locations and affiliated businesses, ensuring each business unit is represented.
• Collaborate with General Managers and teams across locations to identify story opportunities.
• Help maintain brand consistency across social media channels.
