About The Position
The Human Frontier Collective (HFC) brings creators together with Scale research and machine learning teams to shape the future of AI. As a Creative Advisor, you will bring your creative practice into direct collaboration with those teams, explain how work is made in your field, develop new work together, and give feedback on how AI models support or fall short of real creative processes. This is a paid, part-time role with a flexible schedule. Advisors are paid $300 hourly; compensation, time commitment, and project scope are shared during the interview. The role includes collaboration on paid, commissioned briefs.

Responsibilities
- Meet and learn from creatives and researchers across HFC and your industry.
- Share the taste, judgment, methods, and creative decisions behind your practice to inform model development.
- Collaborate on briefs and develop new work to explore what models can and cannot do in your field.
- Partner with ML and research teams to define what “good” looks like in your field, review model outputs, identify where AI falls short, and provide feedback that shapes how models learn your craft.
- Introduce other creators in your field to the program and share your experience contributing work.
