Fetch is looking for a Creative Activation Manager, Partner to bring our most innovative custom partner programs to life. This role sits within The Rewards Lab (TRL)—where brands go to unlock the next big ideas in engagement, loyalty, and commerce. As the Creative Activation Manager for bespoke partner programs, you'll own the execution and delivery of custom campaigns from commercial handoff through launch, ensuring every program is creatively compelling, operationally excellent, scalable, and delivers on the promise sold to our partners. This role blends creative production, cross-functional program leadership, and operational rigor to transform ambitious ideas into best-in-class partner experiences. You'll lead activation across Sales, GTM, Product, Creative, Marketing, Fetch Creator Club, agencies, and external partners, independently driving complex programs and continuously improving how TRL delivers custom campaigns at scale. This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.
