Relationship Manager focused on developing and managing banking relationships with professional commercial real estate clients in the Atlanta, GA market. The role involves building long-term and profitable CRE customer relationships with a focus on asset quality with acceptable revenue & profitability. It manages all aspects of the customer relationship including loans, deposits, and ancillary bank products. The position requires collaboration with internal partners such as Credit Risk Management, Team Leader, Portfolio Management, and Treasury Management to customize solutions for current and potential customers. CRE RMs are expected to originate construction and term loans that range in size from $15MM to $50MM, with annual production of $125MM+.
