Position Summary As an Operations Engineer, you’ll be the catalyst that keeps Taylors distribution centers flowing smoothly. You will be responsible for maintaining daily KPI targets, driving operational projects and supporting the Unit parts with issues. Will need good communication and project management skills to coordinate working with Vendors/Unit parts on projects.
Requirements
- Must have BS Degree in Engineering.
- 3+ Years with experience in project management, supply chain. management, or equivalent.
- Self Directed with high initiative.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Cross-functional communication and project management.
- Position is for Taylor Site.
- Microsoft Office, Communication, Project Management.
- All positions at Samsung Austin Semiconductor require you to be onsite.

Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational oversight of distribution centers
- Maintain healthy supply chain and inventory loops
- Communicate and work closely with Unit parts on issues/improvements
- Monitors, maintains and drive improvement projects
- Design and develop new metrics
- Mentor and couch junior associates
- Establish repair/clean loops with the unit part that maintain Samsung standards
- Work closely with vendors to resolve issues.
