About The Position

Craps Dealer position with a $1,000 sign-on bonus. The ideal candidate will have high energy, a great attitude, and a desire to have fun at work. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining effective working relationships, providing personal attention to customers, keeping customers satisfied, tracking game and player actions, verifying customer age, and complying with security policies. Previous gaming experience and knowledge are essential.

Requirements

• Previous dealing experience preferred.
• Previous Gaming experience and knowledge.
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum six months dealing experience, preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Colorado Limited Gaming License.
• Working knowledge of cash handling.
• Knowledge of State of Colorado Gambling regulations and rules.

Nice To Haves

• Previous dealing experience preferred.
• Minimum six months dealing experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Passion for delivering a fun, energetic, and positive gaming experience for guests.
• Use math skills to collect bets and exchange currency for gaming chips.
• Confidently take ownership of your table’s safety and security.
• Use keen attention to detail to promote a safe gaming space.
• Follow local gaming laws and regulations and internal controls.
• Enthusiastically conduct gambling games such as Blackjack, Roulette, and assists customers in playing while ensuring adherence to all established rules, policies, procedures and regulations.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all customers and employees.
• Provide personal attention and assistance to customers and act to keep customers satisfied and motivated to return whether they lose or win.
• Keep track of game and player actions.
• Verify all customers are 21 years of age.
• Comply with established security policies and procedures.
• Inform supervisor and/or security personnel of any concerns.
