This position involves dealing Craps and performing dual-rate supervisor duties. The role requires responding to signals, handling money and chips professionally, and conducting Craps games according to all applicable rules and regulations. The individual will manipulate cards and gaming devices accurately, keep track of game and player actions, and perform basic math calculations for betting and payouts. A key responsibility is protecting the game, notifying supervisors of irregularities, and maintaining a courteous atmosphere to ensure a pleasant gaming experience. The role also involves advising supervisors of player disputes, assisting customers, explaining rules, and ensuring adherence to policies. Maintaining alertness, general awareness of casino operations, and verifying customer age are crucial. Punctuality and consistent attendance are fundamental requirements. Duties must be performed in compliance with the Colorado Limited Gaming Act and related regulations, with special attention to underage gaming and patron alcohol consumption. The dual-rate supervisor duties include monitoring game play and settling disputes professionally. Other duties and special projects may be assigned.
