About The Position

Assist in the performance of complex maintenance, service, repair, and troubleshooting of cranes, hoists, and related lifting equipment. Perform preventative maintenance on crane and hoist systems. Apply working knowledge of machines and tools, including design, use, repair, and maintenance. Support crane and hoist erection and dismantle activities alongside rigging teams. Ensure quality standards during erection and dismantle activities. Adjust, repair, or replace bearings, brakes, cables, guide rails, counterweights, cable sheaves, and buffers. Adjust safety controls, counterweights, and mechanical systems as required. Maintain accountability for safety within the installation and service team. Maintain proper cleaning, organization, and placement of tools and work areas.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of crane and hoist mechanical theory and lifting techniques
Proficient in the use of hand tools and mechanical equipment
Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
Strong work ethic with a safety-first mindset
