Requirements

• Proficiency in diagnostic software and equipment
• Understanding Key Performance Indicator Metrics (Technician Efficiency Rate, Recovery Rate, and Rework)
• Detail-oriented with a knack for accurately documenting repairs and upselling services
• Effective communication with customers and colleagues
• Solid grasp of operating manuals and schematics
• Commitment to safety
• Willingness to learn through manufacturer training

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing Link Belt excavators and cranes
• Operating heavy equipment
• Inspecting each machine before work begins to detect deficiencies
• Communicating deficiencies to the Service Manager
• Capturing detailed repair journeys in the digital world
• Using advanced diagnostics to diagnose faults and ensure efficient fixes
• Engaging with customers
• Providing innovative solutions
• Upselling services
• Capturing before-and-after photos of repairs
